Here is Another Exercise Routines for girls
If you are looking to build better rear than Jlo and Kylie, you are better off doing this routine. Here is advice and routine that I give to my female clients.
- Do not be afraid of using weights.
- You won’t become she-hulk if you are using weights.
- Skip your boring treadmill cardio for tabata devised routines (You can find many of them in this site)
Now your workouts don’t need to be hour long… You can achieve great body in 10-15 minutes of workout and proper eating. Yes, that means you cannot get rid of fat if you are thinking to lose weight without proper nutrition. Anyways here is your basic routine for lower body.
Pick up 5/7 pounds dumbbells
and Use these 3 exercises.
Squat.
Lunge
Step up (on 12 inch platform)
Your first set of exercise will look like this… (Note: all of these are reps)

Finish this routine with all the 3 exercises. If you cannot finish it, don’t worry, Just Make a note of where you quit. Next time work on improving your results.
_ this underline denotes rest period between your reps. The rest time is equal to your time taken for the previous rep. So if you did 7 reps in 5 seconds, then you’ll get 5 second rest.
