1000’s Year Old Way of Eating

If I say I am going to share an eating method which is more than few thousands year old, then I am not pulling your leg about it… Because this method comes from India. Coming from 1000’s of year of tradition.

I come from family who still values old traditions (It can be pain in the neck, but it has good points too).

In India, there is completely different medicine system called Ayurveda. It’s not something you can find in allopathy or chinese or any other system. According to Ayurveda you can live disease free by eating if you know which type of food you should be eating.

Well, I can’t write about this system as its too big. But there is something in old treatises I found something very interesting.

If you know there are 2 main eating mistakes which makes you gain weight then they solve this problem.

1. Not eating breakfast (thus you are all day snacking on  junk food)

2. Binging late at night (after all day without something solid and snacking, you just pig out at dinner table).

In India, this eating system gives 2 rules (and I am not just making this up… if you ask any Indian older than 40 yrs, he will tell you, I am right)

1. Eat 2 times a day.

2. Make sure your breakfast is heavy.

3. Eat light at night (In India they say, eat like king in morning and like peasants in evening).

Now if you look at this method… It’s perfect. If you have a heavy breakfast you are less likely to eat or snack on junk food. Eating very light at night will not deposit tons of fat in your body.
