Why You should use EFT to speed up fat loss?

Stress is another factor that will be sabotaging your success. When you are stressed, you’ll find yourself eating food (sweet stuff) to an attempt to “medicate” ourselves into calmer state.
For some people, they don’t like their exercise or may be their diet. Again, it’s their mind “avoiding” to create change in their lives.
