Why Some people lost weight faster?
Have you ever wondered why there are some people who loses their weight faster than you? Not only it’s upsetting but sometimes it seems like this is universe’s some way of keep you fat.
One thing I’d like to say about this is that, this is not because of your genes. From my own experience I know, that this happens when few important elements clicks for someone and they start dropping fat like there’s no tomorrow.
This is because of something called metabolism. Now this metabolism is something that has to kick up in your body to start losing fat.
Most people will immediately run to chemists/doctors to get some kind of metabolic boosters or some medicines to drop weight. The unfortunate thing is that these things do not work. If they did, it’d be hailed as miracle cure in weight loss industry (If it’s true, you’ll get the recipe cause it’ll kill the billion dollar weight loss industry).
Your metabolism is effected by 3 things. Your Muscles, Your Food and Your Rest.
That’s it. Only 3 things. For example let’s talk about your muscles. Do you know if you have more muscles, you’ll burn more calories even while resting? Do you know this is the reason why men lose weight faster than women?
So if you are doing any kind of exercises which are burning your muscles (i.e. an hour long cardio), you are slowing down your muscles. That’s why the best exercises are those where you build your muscles with weight training.
Coupled with a good nutrition plan, you’ll start dropping fat like nobody’s business. Notice, I didn’t not talk about diet plan, but nutrition. You need right food to build muscles and give you better recovery from your workouts.
And that’s where rest comes up. You need good amount of rest to let your muscles recover to optimum level. Sometimes massages also helps.
Remember you should be thinking about how to improve your resting metabolism rate than anything else.
