My Very simple Energy workout
Last week my father got into small accident and needed surgery, so I haven’t been able to write blog in last few days… Now everything is well & good here. Anyways, Here is today’s workout.
This workout is not for beginners. But if you want to scale down this workout you can do it. Either do this workout 2 times or decrease your workout time to 10 second and rest to 10 second.
Warm up
Tabata Half squat
Tabata Full squat
Tabata Lunges
Run 200 m
Do this for 3 times and your cardio is finished.
Note : When I say Tabata Squat, it basically means squat as many repts for 20 second and then rest for 10 seconds. Do this for 8 times.
