How to use HIIT to drop unwanted fat in next 30 days?

When it comes to burning fat and dropping weight, nothing comes closer to HIIT. HIIT is basically a high intensity interval training routine. Depending on your current health, you can use HIIT with many variations.

For example, I use 2 minute variation with 60 second interval (don’t worry I’ll explain it later).

Any good HIIT program needs  a good exercise routine, High intensity (about 80-90% of your max efforts) and a time interval.

The best thing about the time interval is that it burns your body fat like nothing else can.

You can find many intervals ranging from 10-15 seconds to upto 3 minutes per exercise workout.

What I do is use a boxing Workout pattern.

If you follow a typical boxing match, you’ll notice every boxing round last 2-3 minutes with 1 minute of rest. This is how I prepare myself. I follow this routine because I have a martial arts background. But it doesn’t mean you cannot use this routine to burn excess fat.

If you want to start a HIIT routine, then you should be spending at least 20 second in workout mode with 10 second rest. This interval training is created by Dr Izumi Tabata (it’s called Tabata Method).

You can pick any number of exercises depending on your body condition. For beginners it’s better if they start with 1 or 2 simple exercises. As the High intensity puts lot of stress on your body.

If you follow this kind of program for 3 days a week, You’ll see some massive results in your life. I highly recommend you to try this out at least for couple of weeks and notice the results.
