A Complete Full body workout In few minutes
I discussed tabata method of building good cardio fitness and lose fat. If you ever try this method, you’ll fell in love with the simplicity of it.
Workout anywhere, anytime in just 4 minutes. Can fat loss be as easy as this? I know there are lots of nay-sayers. But they’ll never try it and will do mind numbing boring 40 minute cycle paddling. Choice is yours. 4 Minutes or 40…
Anyways… I was supposed to talk about full body workout.
Today, I was tired, sore from Yesterday’s workout…
I thought I should skip today’s workout program and just take it easy… You know it’s so darn easy if you are taking tons of drugs and stuff like that to take care of soreness… And I worked hard on my strength yesterday. So Of course I was trying to wiggle my way out of today’s work.
And then my clock rang 6 times. I was sitting in the bench wondering, “Ah man, I am sore and tired. I’ll do my workout tomorrow morning. May be work doubly hard too”…
But then I got up… called my younger brother and got our assess working hard in next few minutes.
We must have worked out for 4-5 minutes… And we were drenched in sweat… It was only 1 exercise and that’s it for us…
Here’s what I did…
I used sandbag of about 25 kgs (around 55 pounds) and climbed(Well you can say we ran) the stairs in our apartment. Few rounds of those stairs were killing us in no time.
If you are wondering if its any useful? then Here’s the list of body part this workout effects
Legs, Calves, Glutes, Abdomen, lower back, Shoulders, Your Cardio and your mental circuitry (You have to be extra cautious while climbing stairs, extra concentration, focus and all those bells and whistles a good mental workout needs)
I kept the workout fairly light as I had hard workout yesterday. Next time when I’ll include sand bag, I’ll add more weight and may be try using 100 pounds sandbag for stair conditioning.
Do you think you have it in you? Try Sandbag routine and let me know.
