4 minute to fitness

With so many shady programs out there, the above headline sounds scammy. But what if I told you, You can achieve good fitness levels within just 4 minutes?

Gym trainers, experts have us believe that it takes hours n hours of work to get fit, lose fat and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Of course they tell you that, because it’s in their favor for you to spend as much time on these lies.

Gym’s won’t be able to sell their membership, if their clients doesn’t spend more than 10 minutes in the gym. Trainers will find it hard to charge for 10 minute workout. So that left people like me, who experiments and finds out stuff that makes life easier.

So here it is. Let’s talk about 4 minute to fitness.

In next 4 minutes of workout, you’ll be working out very intensively. You cannot afford to be lazy. Heck you don’t have time to get lazy. This kind of routine will change your life, shape your body and make your heart, lungs strong.

20 second workout X 10 rest X 8 times.

You can start with a simple exercise like Bodyweight squats. Do as many squats in 20 seconds (If you can do 17–18 squats, you are in decent shape). 10 second of rest. And do this 8 times.

That’s it. 4 minutes of fitness where you’ll shed tears, sweat and fat in no time.
