No More Butt Squeeze or Butt Kicks or Kick backs or whatever…

I know I know, you instructor gives you 25 reps with 15 sets of these but they don’t work. PERIOD. If you haven’t seen some serious changes in couple of weeks, chances are you’ll not see in in future too…

You know you butt is pretty big muscle, few squeezes or kicks won’t shape it up. Its like putting a Fiat’s engine in Lamborghini. She needs more power to run like Lamborghini.

Eww, I’ll get bulky….
Or another excuse that I heard whenever I asked them to weight train, Weights will make your thighs look bigger or whatever…

NOT. Weight training won’t make you look big. In fact you won’t add those pounds of muscles like you must have seen in mags or competitions. Here’s the fact, most women won’t have that kind of muscles to begin with. Plus you need steroids and testosterone shots to get BIG.

I know normal office going women wants to get testosterone shots in their bodies. So stop worrying about this… and oh, don’t lift couple of pounds for the sake of using weights.

Why I am harping so much on weight training?

Because it works. Like I said small exercises or weights don’t work with getting your backside in shape. You need to lift heavy (of course heavy is relative to how much you can lift). Let me show you a video which will convert you into weight training fanatic.

Darn, She’ll put all those stud muffins to shame… Now this is what I call a workout for real women. Check out her legs and backside. Are you jealous yet? If you want to achieve that figure you’ll have to workout like her…

Oh btw, in this video, her husband is with her new born baby (few months old), Just imagine She’s working like this few months after the delivery. I have only one word to say to her. RESPECT.

1. Strong muscles, joint, ligaments and tendons.

2. Strong upper body.

3. Killer Body shape.

4. Heart problems (what’s that? unless its about love).

5. Strong Abs to support her lower back (thus Strong back). Say Bye bye to back problems.

You still don’t want more excuses to not train like that?
