Should You Have a Training Partner?
So what’s the answer.
If you want some amazing and mind blowing results, then a partner is must.
We all have days where we just become too lazy to get out of bed. Even though we know we have tons of things to do. This is especially true of weekends where after a tired week at work we just want to sleep in and forget all of our responsibilities and chores that await us.
Having a training partner will help individuals commit to their workout sessions given that they are not only responsible for their time, but also for their partner’s!
Also, a training partner will also help keep individuals stay motivated, if they start slacking off. It is amazing how some words of encouragement can help boost the body back into action. This is why having a training partner is advantageous since they will be there to offer some moral support.
My Own story.
I was overweight and I wanted to lose 50+ pounds. I asked my buddy to join with me in this new gym. We also promised that we won’t skip workout sessions and work as hard as possible.
The Result : I lost 40+ pounds in 3 months we worked together.
Now I really give most of the credit to my weight loss to my buddy… Well of course Diet and Exercise played a big role.
BUT… the problem is You just can’t just find a good training partner. What you should do in those cases? Well at least find someone in family or friend who make you responsible for your body and workouts. They’ll help you remind you to keep on Diet plan and workout regimen. They’ll be responsible to provide all the mental, psychological support for you.
If you can’t find a partner… Well you should be held accountable for your own actions. Going to the gym and training takes a lot of dedication and discipline. Before individuals can find a good training partner they have to work on themselves. This way, they would not only attract excellent training partners, but become good partners themselves.
