Chromium – weight loss supplement – Are you killing me?
Yes That’s exactly what I thought. I was checking out few blogs and found this entry on supplements.
The inclusion in some dietary supplements marketed for weight loss of a form of chromium that, in large doses, can lead to stomach ulcers, convulsions, kidney and liver damage and even death.
That’s an interesting quote. Isn’t it?
I am not a fan of any kind of weight loss supplements. Most of them are nothing but appetite suppressants. If you want to suppress your hunger, be my guest. But don’t complain if it slows down metabolism.
I’d rather use my own formula to lose weight. Workout plus nutrition = Lose excess fat.
Remember there never was and never will be a magic pill that can solve your problem just like that.
You can lose fat fast but even that takes effort, dedication not magic.
