Are you totally confused when it comes to fat loss?

I was talking to Jake just couple of days ago. He needed few answers to his questions related losing weight. He starts talking about BMI, BF %, carb loading/unloading, whey requirements. I let him talk for 5 minutes without any interruption.

Then I asked him, “Jake, Do you know why you are having problems?”

“You are making it too bloody complicated”.

There’s only secret to losing excess weight. Do you know what that is?

“NO”, he said.

“Determination”, was my answer.

You need to be determined to lose weight. Then you start checking what you are eating and how much. Right?

Soon you start working out. Of course you know nothing about working out, so you go blind and start to few things.

Slowly and surely you start seeing results… You get more enthusiastic and get more into diet and workouts. Sooner you start losing more weight.

It goes on and on till you’ve reached your goal.

Most people who succeed in losing fat goes through this very same method.

It all started when they made this decision.

 

Then why are you so confused?

My answer is that, we want to be perfect and have this imagine in our mind how things should happen. When you don’t see results, you start looking at other things and get off the ‘success track’. This is why so many people get into Yo-Yo diets or jump into metabolism supplements or diet pills. Unfortunately they don’t work.

Losing weight is easy, provided you are ready to put work into it.

Here are the simplest secret I know

1. be determined to reach your goal No matter what.

2. Start fixing your diet and remove all the junk food.

3. Start working out. No matter what kind of workout, just get started.

Is it going to be really that easy? No, I am sure not. Will you be tempted to quit before you reach you goal? Chances are Yes, many times every day.

But will you succeed if you are determined? Of course yes.
