EFT for Weightloss
Using a technique like EFT can help you deal with issues related to your weight loss. Many people who’ve tried EFT and got immediate results with tapping 3-4 minutes per day. In fact you’d surprised in how many was EFT can help you curb your bad eating habits, exercise habits etc. One of the goals with this exercise is to handler emotional issues that can come up while you are trying to lose weight.
Before you start, you should take a deep breathe and ask yourself this question:
1. What are my reasons to ____? (Enter your goals for the session. i.e. to lose 20 pounds in next 30 days etc). Please note, this is not goal setting exercise.
2. How will I feel when I achieve _____ (Enter your goal here)?
3. Is there any side effect of getting my goal _____ (Enter your goal here)?
4. Do I really want to achieve ______ (You goal, Now this question might seem odd, but you should ask yourself this question. Feel how your body, breathing, and mental faculties react to this question).
When you are answering these questions, You’ll feel multitude of feelings, emotions churning inside you. Some of them you may recognize, some of them you may not. But don’t worry, EFT will help you with this process.
Whatever you are feeling, you can use EFT set up phrase like
“Even thought I am ……. (Enter the feeling you are getting while answering the above questions), I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
Do this with every feeling or emotions you are facing. Even the emotions or feeling that you can’t name or identify. You’ll start feeling different as you go through this process with above 4 questions.
