So What you are gonna do about this?
Sit on couch and watch few informercials about diet pills, metabolism boosters or may be watch few people working out and get pumped up for the workout tomorrow.
Or may be you take a decision. Commit yourself and Then succeed.
Like I said, earlier, Being fat sucks. I know, I have been there… Not just once, Not just twice… but thrice. Finally successful. It sucks to have almost no energy, it sucks when you start panting after just a flight of stairs and it sucks when you have to buy clothes.
So Decide. Commit. Succeed.
The New mantra that I am going to share with you today.
DECIDE – Decide What you want.
First step is to realize that you are fat and you need to change. And change fast. You have to take a decision to lose weight no matter what. If you can take a decision and stand firm and proud. You’ll be able to succeed.
I recommend you to think in short term as well as long term. You can easily drop couple of pounds per week off your body. Dropping 50 pounds in 25 weeks is easy goal. But dropping 50 pounds in 25 days is not a good goal.
COMMIT – Commit to your goals.
When you’ve decided, you have to commit to your goals. Make strong commitment to follow a good diet and workout program.
Make a commitment to stick to next 7 days. When you’ve met your goal of 7 days, Make another commitment to stick it for next 7 days… Start small and build from it.
If you do this way, it won’t feel like chore.
SUCCEED – Success is Yours to taking.
When you’ve followed the above steps, you’ll succeed. No Matter What. There’s no forces in universe which can stop you to achieve your goals. I dare to Decide and Commit and not succeed.
