Bikini Ready Legs and Ass – My Top 3 Exercises to shapely behind

As men concentrates on their abs starting every summer, women think about their legs and butt. No wonder that, when it’s glorified by media in that manner. No matter, in this article, I’ll give you my top 3 exercise to burn fat in those areas and get it in shape.

The best part about these exercise is that not only you’ll have shapely legs and behind, but also start losing extra fat from around your body. So you better get ready.

1. Hill Sprints or running - Sprint in uphill is such a rush. If you are in condition to do sprints on uphill, there is no better cardio or leg workout known to mankind (or womankind, ah I digress). Even running at 40% capacity will get you results, that’s how powerful it is.

Alternatively, if you don’t have hill you can try running on beach or stair sprinting.

2. Bar bell Squats – This is my 2nd favorite exercise to build those glutes, hams and legs. Though our female counterparts often avoid these weights but like I always say, ‘try it, experience it and only then refute it’.

In squats, your thighs should become parallel to the floor when squatting. That’s the only thing you have to remember right now.

3. Dumb-bell Step up -  Take a pair of dumb-bells and use a platform or about 1-1/2 feet. That’s it. It doesn’t take much time and you are done with your lower body workouts.

A bikini ready legs and ass is possible, if you just follow simple key points in terms of dieting and then workout regularly. The 3 exercise I gave you are my favorite to turn up the heat.
