If you have been reading this blog and my website, then you know How big I am on exercising hard to lose weight. Though I still believe hard work will help you lose weight faster but the big reason to lose weight is not much of workouts… They are diets.
Now with diets I don’t mean diets like cabbage soup or garbage soup… No with Diet I mean proper nutrition. Let me say it again N U T R I T I O N.
I have been writing almost on daily basis on diet and nutrition. Because I understand this is the only way to go.

Those of us who are overweight know how to lose pounds — eat less, exercise more. But we gain a great deal of comfort and satisfaction from eating, and no deprivation diet focuses on replacing those benefits of being overweight.
Now all these diets are well and good but the thing that matters is keeping the lifestyle. Now on one of these diets (atkins and other low carb), you must have noticed how people end up with droopy, lethargic & aged faces.
I can also give you a diet which can help you lose tons of fat in no time. But in the end, you are left with making daily choices. If you don’t change your habits you’ll stay fat, no matter what anyone says. That’s the truth and if I have to slap you to wake up… I’ll. As a trainer, people hated me, but well they loved their bodies.
So what’s the BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Chose any of my workout routines I gave on this blog. Workout 3 -4 times per week. My workouts are at most 10 minutes, So you don’t need to free up extra hour to workout.
When you are finished with your diet. Transition into Good eating habits. Don’t just go off the diet completely and start eating like you used to… That means no binge eating, no MaCd’s only good food. Once in a while you can eat something that’s tempting you but… if you eat too much… you’ll gain weight.
Listen, losing weight is common sense. If you want, you can lose all that weight and keep it off. The question is How hard do you want it??
