Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks
I just got an email where Reina asked for my help to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
She wondered if it’s possible.
Can you guess what my response was?
Simple, No, you should try to lose 1-2 pounds per week, it’s safe… NAHHH. Just kidding.
My answer was even crazier.
“Have you see those guys at “The biggest Loser” TV show? Almost all of them tend to lose 5-10-15 in first couple of weeks. If they can lose that much, then why can’t you?”
The problem with the “It’s Safe” mentality has a lot to do with American audience. With the laws and so many other stuff, Proffessionals avoid speaking the truth.
They always suggest “It’s Safe Way”. Why ? So that they can cover their asses.
Simple as that.
So why am I going against like this?
Simple, 1st I am not american
and 2nd and more serious reason I personally know what it feels like to be fat. When you are fat, you want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Not to mention few embarrassing moments when we shop around.
I still remember few times, when I want to dig a hole in the ground and hide during my shopping for trousers.
So what can you do to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

1. Make a Commitment to be fit. Make a commitment to drop all the extra fat.
The moment you’ll make serious commitment, you’ll find ways to get lighter.
And results will be surprising.
2. Diet plan – Almost all the major diet plans work. If they didn’t worked, then they wouldn’t have so many fans all over the world.
