How to Master Your Metabolism in 10 Days
As a trainer one of the my biggest issue to handle is get my clients to understand how to master their metabolism. With so many myths and useless metabolism boosters, it makes it really hard on people like me who are trying to open the eyes to the truth. If your goal is to lose weight, you should take out next 5 minutes to read this article and meditate on what I have to say.
As you are growing older, you might have started feeling little different about your own body? You might have sensed something with your digestion. You might have sensed something about your strength? You may not now but quite a few of your daily habits makes up how effectively your body function in stress. The kind of food you eat, the kind of activity levels you have will show you how to master your own metabolism.
One of the thing I started noticing was “how much energy level I had after I take any kind of food”. This helped me realize and become sensitive to what kind of food was good for my body and energy levels. Now understanding this will help you realize your fat loss and any other health goals that you might have.
You’d be surprised if you just start to listen to your body after every meal, you’ll gain a new kind of sensitivity that’ll help you determine which food to eat and which not. Everybody is different, You’ll realize that you are sensitive to some kind of food and your body response faster to it than any other meal Whenever you have any kind of meal, ask yourself these questions…
1. Will this help me towards reaching my goal?
2. will this meal decrease my energy levels after I eat?
3. Will this food make me feeling acidic after I finish it?
4. What kind of energy level I have right now and what can I eat to increase my energy levels?
I recommend you to write these questions down on index card and keep it handy. When you start asking questions like this, you’ll start noticing the way you are eating.You’ll notice higher energy levels. The secret behind fast weight loss and healthy body is the food you eat. You can cure your body with just checking what kind of food you eat.
In fact I challenge you to try this for next 10 days. That’s it, only 10 days and you’ll see the results with these crazy idea of mine. A simple idea like this can go a long way to boost your metabolism.
