High protein low carb diet – 3 Secrets You wish someone had told you sooner.

If you’ve been following my blog, then you know, I speak frankly without any pressure on this blog. And I’ve been one of those rare bloggers who’ve been preaching the effectiveness of Low Carb Diets.

So Again, today We’ll talk about the stuff trainers often don’t tell you.

LOW CARB DIETS WORKS.

So After making that clear, lets get into this article and talk about important stuff.

1. The Secret is in Energy – It’d be more helpful if you treat carbohydrate as an instant fuel source. So One of the things that you’ll face in low carb diets is “Low energy”.

In this phase, you’d be tempted to eat something carby (I laugh out loud when my gf says that) and eating anything sweet will really screw up your insulin levels (basically insulin spikes causes your body to start hording fat).

So if you are feeling low in energy that basically means you went too far cutting down carbs. Include carb in your next meal.

2. Free weights are your best friend -  2nd important thing about these diets is that they don’t like workouts based on Cardio types. You are better off using free weights (i.e. barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell).

If you workout 5-6 times a week and every session 30 minutes long. You are more than ready to drop massive fat.

3. Manipulating the Carb Levels is a lifestyle - Now the headache with low carb diet plans is that you have to create Entering and Existing phases into these diets. Especially after you go through a phase of low carb.

In fact when you get out of this phase, your body will be most susceptible to any new changes in your diet. So jumping back into your regular routine could spell disaster.

In this phase, you should be working on manipulating your carbs to keep yourself thin and toned. This is what I’ve made my brother do when he wanted to drop some fat fast (Click Here to find out more). He dropped 11 pounds of fat (not just weight) and lost 4.2 inches off his waist.

Like I said, the above 3 rules of low carb menu’s will help you. Remember, Avoid going too low, Only Free weights and Carb manipulation after going through low carb phase.
