10 minute workouts works – Let me prove to you

Skepticism is one of the most common response I get from my readers about 10 minute workouts. I often tell them “go do this workout from my blog and you’ll see results”. Again I get excuses like “Oh, these exercises are hard, of course it’ll work” or may be “these exercises are not beginners will be able to do it”.

So I decided to put a simple test challenge for my readers.

3 Exercises – Total workout = 10 minutes, rest 30 seconds.

1. Jumping jacks – Exercise no 1 is very simple Jumping jack taken from PE classes for kids.

2. High Knees – Again very simple exercises.

3. Half squat – Bodyweight half squat. You don’t even have to go all the way down like normal body weight squats.

Here’s how you do it.

All the exercises are supposed to be 1 minute long with 30 second rest in between them.

Keep the intensity high during this workout.

Jumping jack – 1 min
Rest – 30 sec
High Knees – 1 min

If you are out of shape, you’ll see results with just this workout in a week. You don’t even have to wait long.
