Women: Train Like a Man if you want lean body
Most women I meet often have this terror about becoming “Big”. They think that they’ll get up one day and have this grotesque Ronnie Coleman figure. I used to call it “coleman syndrome” as he’s the only “well” known bodybuilder in India (besides Arnold).
The Holy grail of Fat Loss
Aerobics, pilates, yoga classes and these days spinning have been touted as the holy grail for fat loss for women. If you want to see some proof then check out a women who is doing aerobics( or any other latest fad) with a women who’s doing some serious weight training.
Results that are noticeable do not come from just cardiovascular exercise. You’ll find women who workout with weights are more toned, stronger, leaner and have a great overall body than those who do aerobics. That’s why I say the best way to get a lean, sexy, and a well defined physique is with heavy weights and low reps.
By the time you get to the end of this article, you will be over the irrational fear that lifting heavy weights makes women bulky.
