The Goddess workouts are a complete workout which include a warm-up and a cool down/stretch. The build-your-own workouts include elements from all of the workouts, plus there are additional exercises.

The Kettlebell Goddess workouts are less than 30 minutes, including warm-up/cool down. The add-ons and drills are less than 15 minutes. If you are short on time, theese workouts fit the bill.

One thing that I like about kettlebell is that they kick serious ass (literally and figuratively). With each workout, you workout your legs, hips, butts, arms, lower back and upper body. Short 15–20 minute workout are designed to get you into program and then blast off the stubborn fat.

Women who use weights in their workouts (unlike their counterparts who do typical boring cardio) generally have better body and toned look and feel. Of course if you are reading my blog, then you know weight does help in tackling the fat. So if you want to gain an edge over fat then kettlebell is surest way to go.
