I was the total skeptic.
Being from Martial arts and sports background, I believed in hard core workouts, weight training. I knew from my own experience that diets will often leave you with no energy, no stamina and no endurance.

Surprise, surprise, his weight started melting off like butter melts on hot stove.
This was the first time, I decided may be the so called "diets" do work. I had to admit most of my workouts suits the clients who love some type of sports. In fact most of them played in school/college.
